David Pilling

David Pilling is currently the Director of Police Governance with the Policing and Security Branch, Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, where he is responsible for strengthening governance and oversight of municipal police departments and the Ministry’s role in emergency communications. Mr. Pilling has also spent time in the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation responsible for treaty implementation and the Ministry of Finance responsible for government’s financial management policies. Prior to government, Mr. Pilling spent 12 years practising indigenous and local government law.
