Jeri Grant

Jeri Grant is the Emergency Program Coordinator for the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area responsible for the coordination and training of this volunteer-based organization dealing with emergency response and recovery planning in the communities of East Sooke, Otter Point, Shirley/Jordan River, Port Renfrew, Malahat and Willis Point. In this capacity, Jeri works closely with area Fire Departments and the Juan de Fuca Search and Rescue to ensure a coordinated response to regional emergency events under the direction of the CRD Emergency Operations Centre. Jeri is a strong communicator and has a keen understanding of the importance of building reliable and interoperable communications networks to ensure public safety redundancies throughout the Capital Region.

Jeri is a Zumba instructor and avid hiker and her community involvement includes:
