Al Marston

Al was appointed Operations Manager at CREST in September 2013 and then moved to Project Manager in November 2016. He has over 35 years of experience designing and implementing high reliability electronic communication and life safety systems, specializing in communication networks, RF design, closed circuit TV and fiber optic systems.

Al’s experience largely comes from special projects with BC Rapid Transit, particularly Skytrain. Educated in electronics at Camosun College and BCIT, Al also has a Masters Certificate in project management from the University of Victoria. He is a member of the Applied Science Technologists & Technicians of BC (AScT) and the Project Management Institute (PMP).

Al has two grown children and can be found chasing salmon on the weekends.
